Kozlak’s Royal Oak Restaurant Almond Chicken Salad X Makes 6 cups.

- 2 (10-oz.) cans chicken – 6 green onions, chopped – 4 ribs celery, chopped – 1 c. sliced almonds, toasted – 1 (7-oz.) jar red pepper, rinsed, drained and diced – 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise – Salt and white pepper to taste In a bowl, combine chicken, onions, celery, almonds and red pepper.
